Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Waterproof and Tarnish-Resistant Jewellery

Our jewellery is designed to be waterproof and tarnish-resistant under normal wear. However, individual results may vary depending on skin chemistry, environmental conditions, and care practices.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, or damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, cleaning products, or excessive force are not covered under this policy.
