Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times:

Metro areas: 2–6 business days
Regional areas: 3–10 business days
Remote areas: 5–14 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We currently DO NOT offer international shipping to any other countries outside of Australia.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost parcels) at luckylucycollection@gmail.com. We will assist in lodging an investigation with the shipping carrier and work toward a suitable resolution.
